Beautiful boat ! Great service !

We went with a group of 8 ladies. Because the weather for our reservation time was not looking so good, we called to see if we could move our reservation up. They were accommodating to this which worked out great. Two went kayaking and the rest of us doubled up on jet skis. The girls working, Maggie and Chloe, were great and explained everything easily for our new riders. We ended up having a blast on the water! Definitely a highlight of our Keuka Lake trip.

Great consistent service!

Such a fabulous experience! We had a ladies group of 7 and Joe was an awesome captain touring us around Keuka Lake. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly loves his job. Awesome people! Very attentive customer service. The best boats youll find on the lake. Ive rented many times over the years and I really appreciate the quality of boats and people. Ive spent more money renting barely running machines in the past. You wont find that here. New quality equipment. Real life vests (no tubing with a tube wrapped around your neck as a so called life vest). Reasonable prices. They will take care of you. I dont know a way to add another star or review so I just have to add to the great experiences we have had yet again. My nieces and nephews from Georgia had never been on a boat or tubing before. I couldnt have been happier that they moved back to ny and Lance has these boats, tubes, skis, and life vests for us. My little loved ones were grinning ear to ear when I told them we were going out on a boat. But they had no idea it would be as much fun as it was. I love it.

Memorable Tour

Despite threatening weather and choppy waters, 4 of us 77 year-olds set out for a ride with Captain Joe. Joe checked on our well-being right away and when one of our number reported feeling sea-sick, he graciously returned to the dock to let her off onto dry land again. We three who remained had a wonderful tour and learned a lot of the history of the Lake, saw the lovely homes there and enjoyed Joe's stories. The waters calmed and the sun even came out by time we returned to the dock. We were glad for this happy experience together to end our mini-reunion of old college friends.

Great fun, and a highly memorable experience.

Exciting, original, safe, wild, well organized, great jet skis, warm water (August). My wife and I on one jet ski; the two twenty something daughters on the other (We switched places half way through the hour). This will be stored in our memory books for 2021! it was that much fun. You can take it easy and just enjoy the view from the lake (and ogle those who've parked their water planes in front of their mansions) or ride the jet ski as fast as your heart can take it for an exhilarating experience.

Pontoon boat trip

This was our second year in a row taking the pontoon boat trip with Captain Joe. Hes a great guide and very knowledgeable about the lake. Its a nice, relaxing way to spend an hour and a half on the lake.

Great fun. Well managed, professional, but also laid back team. Went out of their way to include a member of my family in being able to drive...and it made the day! They even set us up for a group photo on the water. Highly recommend for everyone in the family over 10 and under 80.

We had the best time yesterday renting a boat from Keuka Watersports! The book was spacious and clean and the perfect activity to finish up our summer. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had! Can't wait until next year!

We got lucky on a Saturday in August when I called about boat ride availability for the next few days. They told me their scheduled daily 5:00 boat tour that night was likely going to be cancelled and took my phone number. Sure enough, they called me an hour later with space. My family of 5 were able to rent the boat for our own personal 90 minute boat ride. While the kids went down the sliding board on the boat and swam in the middle of the lake, my wife and I split a bottle of local wine while Captain Joe, who grew up in Hammondsport and now retired in Hammondsport, gave us the history of the lake. It was an absolutely perfect Saturday in Hammondsport, and all at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back, but we will be reserving our boat tour as soon as we reserve our hotel.

Staff at the pickup was wonderful - very friendly and helped ease (my) fears about going out on the kayak for the first time. When the 2 person kayak wasn't working for us because of some balancing issues, they let us switch to individual kayaks with no issue.

Easy online booking, very professional and helpful staff. We rented paddleboards one day and jet skis on another, so had contact with multiple staff members and have nothing but excellent experiences to report. Thank you for helping make our trip fun and stress-free!

Summertime Fun!

We had a great time in spite of a bit of rain. The check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. They gave great instruction. The boat (a little bit slow) was clean and had plenty of space for all 12 of us. We had the pontoon with the slide and the kids and adults had a blast. Would definitely rent from them again.

We had the best time. Jet skis were great and LaZell was awesome, knowledgeable and very professional. This is a class A rated facility. From booking, appointment reminders, instructions for on the lake and expectations of usage. I would highly recommend!

Smooth process and very nice staff to work with! I would highly recommend this place for any boat rentals.

We rented 3 jet skis from Keuka Watersports last Friday an we've rented from them every year for the past 3 years. The staff is always courteous and professional. They review all the safety requirements and always allow us to ride the jet skis with a tremendous amount of freedom on the lake! We had difficulty leaving our hotel which was an hour away from the lake and we called them to let them know and they said they would certainly hold our reservation and not deduct any time! This is highly unusual for a business of this type, but they knew that we had prepaid our rentals and they schedule their appointments far enough apart just in case these situations occur. We will most certainly be back again next summer for another awesome experience on Keuka Lake!

Lance and the Team were great from the very 1st call in February. We were looking for a full week rental and Lance spent almost an hour on the phone asking questions about what we were looking to do, my experience and comfort level with boats, and how many people would be joining us - then WE picked the best option. When we arrived to pick up the boat the office staff was hysterical and telling us all bout the lake and things to do as this was our first trip to Keuka. Tia then introduced us to our boat and walked us thru everything, even to go our for a quick test run if we needed it. During the week we had a few questions and both Tia and Lance were there to help to ensure we got the most out of the experience. From my perspective - if you are looking for a quality boat from those that respect their equipment - give KWS a call. Boat was clean and drop off was super fast & easy. Pick up was a little slower than we wouldve liked but they were busy and thats great for them! The tube was a fantastic addition to the fun. Well be back for another day on the lake! Renting for the day is WAY easier than owning!

Wonderful time spent with Capt Joe, a true native Keuka lake resident. He knew every curve and turn on the lake and was extremely informative and entertaining. highly recommend Keuka Water sports for pontooning or other water sports.In addition, they were the only game in town during the second week of May for boating on the lake!

Had a 5pm cruise with Captain Lance. Lance was very friendly, and gave us a nice narrative here and there about houses along the lake shores, their owners, and so on. Highly recommend.

We had a great time with our pontoon boat on Keuka Lake. The website was easy to use for our reservation. When we arrived on July 2nd Aubrey, George, Jim, and Robin were great. As regular boaters and boat renters we understand that bookings are non-refundable rain or shine. Not everybody understands that. In our boating family, safety comes first. It was a little surprising to be told when we returned to the dock 2 hours early after hearing several claps of thunder that we had not been called by the their staff and so would not receive any prorated refund on our loss of 2 hours of boating. I doubt many boaters would follow the recommendation I was given when settling up; in future if you have a rental boat and you hear thunder and it's not the end of your rental, stay on the lake. Having clarified Keuka water sports policy on dangerous weather, I will be better prepared for any future rentals. I gave them no argument, settled up, they collected their full payment. My recommendation to any rental boaters, be prepared to make your own family's safety choices and be willing to pay the price, safety first. Even if you're going to lose money, if you're renting a boat and you're on the water, hear thunder or see lightning give up the rental and get to shore. A beautiful area and lake. Well worth the visit. We'll be back.

Great 2 days on lake! The staff were very accommodating and the pontoon boat and equipment were in excellent condition. We rented for 2 days. Ordinarily they have you take the boat with you. We were camping so that wasn't an option for us so the staff took care of boat overnight and put it back in water early the next morning so we wouldn't lose any time.

Great paddle on the lake! Rented a mix of paddle boards and kayaks for our group of 5. The young ladies working at the beach rentals were very nice and got us out on the water very quickly! We rented a 20ft DECK BOAT for a day for tubing and water skiing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The whole check in for paper work to boating instruction to getting my boat out of the dock, only took about half an hour. The checkout was even smoother. I would rent with them again.

First of all they went above and beyond from the start by holding the charter a half hour while we drove from Philly. I've been on sunset charters from Hawaii to St. Thomas and didn't expect much. Boy was I wrong. Captain Joe kept us enthralled the entire trip. He's both a pirate and a gentleman who regaled us with tales of the lake. Houses, owners, intrigue and mystery...even icy death. I loved the wide openness of Lake Keuka and the convenience of having clean & spacious boats to rent from Keuka Watersports. There are restaurants on the lake that you can bring your boat right up to dock so you can have some good food and drinks. I will need to bring the entire family back.
